Returns Policy

No returns are accepted under any circumstances. All sales are final. Due to the nature of sex toys, returns are not allowed for any reason. You may cancel your order prior to work being started on your doll, and there is a 10% cancellation fee. Work commences upon payment clearing.

Shipping

Our prices include shipping charges. There may however be some countries where we will have to charge extra but you will be notified by email if this is required. Shipping is sent international express and you will be given tracking info.

We ship to all European country , USA , Canada , Mexico, Spain  etc . We do not ship to the Middle East , Africa , and South America. Asian countries we only ship to Japan , Korea , Singapore  and Malaysia.
